Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 Olivia has over 13 years experience in the commercial property sector working with landlords and occupiers across a range of sectors including retail, leisure, offices and industrial.
Previously Olivia worked for a large fund as their Asset Manager where she proactively led and managed over 1,000,000 sq ft of multi let industrial and offices across the UK. Olivia is passionate about proactive asset management with a specific focus on multi million pound refurbishment projects creating bespoke offers to occupiers that successfully target vacancy rates and ensuring high returns for landlords.
Olivia has a wealth of experience having worked with clients across the UK, this continues to drive her forward and she is consistent in providing advice and solutions for her clients. In recent years she has been drawn to creating and providing alternative solutions for vacant properties working with landlords and workplace operators bringing profitable, flexible and workable solutions for commercial properties.
Joe has been working in the construction industry for 20 years delivering projects from high-end, bespoke, one off properties to high rise new build and refit student accommodation. Joe has worked on Construction Projects for NHS Trust, Bournemouth University, Military, Multiple Commercial Offices and Environments, Domestic housing including Design and Build from Conception through to maintenance.
In recent years Joe has delivered design and build projects in the Commercial Interiors environment and the conversion of commercial buildings to domestic dwellings through permitted development rights as Design and Build Contractor where acoustics and fire protection were the fundamentals of the design and success of the project.
Joe is particularly experienced in delivering projects in Live environments with logistical complexities, especially in central locations. Joe is extremely passionate about ESG and driving positive change ensuring our buildings and environments work in parallel with the environment.
